We work with local (and statewide) charities, schools, shelters, prisons, Indigenous reservations, and other churches to provide support and resources to anyone in need, no matter the need.

WORSHIP SERVICES

Our worship services are designed to help you connect with God and grow in your faith through a blended style worship. Each week we will use a mix of southern gospel hymns and contemporary praise choruses to create an atmosphere of worship that will allow everyone involved to move more towards a spirit of worship as we seek to corporately praise our great God. This corporate worship time is followed by a message based on the uncompromised Word of God. Our worship team is dedicated to leading everyone in meaningful and inspiring worship.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

We believe that children are a precious gift from God, and we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where they can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith. Our children's ministry programs are designed to be fun and engaging, while also centered on teaching important biblical truths.

YOUTH MINISTRY

Our youth ministry is slowly growing, yet focused on helping teenagers develop a deep and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. We offer a variety of activities, including weekly classes, retreats, and VBS.

At First Church Of The Nazarene of Cherryville, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all people. We know that going to a new place can be a little intimidating. Our friendly greeters will help you find your way inside to, a class, or even the nursery. Don’t worry about fitting in. With guests who join us each week, we simply enjoy having you worship with us. We are a body of believers from all walks of life seeking to worship and connect with God each week, based on the uncompromised Word of the living God. Plan to hang around after service for fellowship and meeting new people from our beautiful community of faith.
