SENIOR PASTOR

Rev. Kyle DeLong has serves as Senior Pastor at The Cherryville Church of The Nazarene. Kyle acknowledged the call to become a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ during his recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. Kyle continues to testify to the miraculous work God is doing in his life by helping others trapped in addition. Kyle is the Reentry instructor at Lincoln Correctional Center in Lincolnton NC, and his testimony was featured in the new book, True Stories of People In Recovery, by Shirley R. Luckadoo. He attended Olivet Nazarene University (88), UNC Pembroke (91), Trevecca Nazarene University (91), and Durham Tech (08). Along with tending to God's church, Kyle loves to golf. He is an integral component to the church, allowing people to engage fully in life-transforming service of Christ. We are truly blessed to have his services.
